THE RIVERREAD COOKBOOK CLUB
Here’s how it will work. Register for the club at the front desk to join. During the month of February, shop our stock cookbook collection and choose a cookbook at 25% discount. You may choose a second cookbook (of equal or lesser value) at 15% discount.
Now here’s where it gets really fun! Our next meeting will be held in March 2010 and you’ll be expected to bring a dish to pass based on a recipe from the cookbook(s) you purchased. We’ll roll back the fixtures, set up the tables, provide the dishes and cutlery and some of the beverages. (If you wish to bring a wine to accompany your dish, feel free to do so!) We’ll have a lovely potluck supper.
Also in January, you may pick up to two more cookbooks at 25% and 15% off and we’ll gather again in March for a supper together. There will be some special gifts for those who sign up for the book club in November. Join us!
