The cookbook chosen for the September meeting is Mollie Katzen's Recipes: Salads and it is available here at the store at a 15% discount for cookbook club members. Members bring in a dish to share with others. Members will ‘rate’ each recipe on specific criteria. (Ease of preparation, taste, looks, cost of ingredients etc.) A discussion will follow about how members have rated the recipes and any suggestions on how to enhance the recipes. We'll have great fun getting to know each other and then an assignment of new dishes from the same cookbook for the nextmeeting. Due to the popularity and requests for this book club, please call and register in advance so we can plan for your participation.
