Author Jeff Fredericks is the average Joe. A thirty year career man who retired early after raising two daughters, decided to write his first book. Jeff calls on his own personal experiences and insight from his years battling depression and anxiety writing about how he overcame it. Toward the end of his career he wrote procedures for various business documents making them simple and easy to understand. He uses this style when describing in detail how he survived.
