Andrei Guruianu s a Romanian-born writer living in Vestal, New York. He is the publisher of Parlor City Press and founder and executive editor of the literary magazine The Broome Review (www.thebroomereview.com). He teaches at Ithaca College and Binghamton University where he is working towards a Ph.D. in English with a focus on creative writing. He currently serves as the Broome County Poet Laureate 2009-2010, and in his spare time runs a series of creative writing workshops in the Southern Tier of NY.
Jaime Warburton is an Assistant Professor in the Writing Department at Ithaca College. In 2006, she received the Thomas Lux Grant in recognition of excellence in both teaching and the written word, and in 2007 was nominated as one of the year's Best Emerging Poets.
Katharyn Howd Machan’s poems have appeared in “The Bedford Introduction to Literature,” “Early Ripening: American Women’s Poetry Now,” and “Sound and Sense.” She is the author of 29 collections of poetry.
Paul Hamill, Ph. D., a graduate of Boston College and Stanford University, taught at a number of universities before becoming a college administrator. His collections include Winter Mind (Pudding House, 2003) and Congregation (Ithaca College, 2009). In 2007 and 2008 he was Poet Laureate of Tompkins County.
